Randi Oxford has been providing therapeutic massage to the Dallas area for over five years and specializes in postural imbalances and sports and injury rehabilitation. She has the knowledge and experience to help a wide variety of clients ranging from individuals looking for relaxation, to office workers suffering from chronic pain and “sitting symptoms”, to athletes of all levels.
Randi was first introduced to massage therapy during a course called the Psychology of Sports and Movement at the University of Texas in Arlington. The idea of being able to help the body to heal itself complimented her desire to learn more about anatomy and kinesiology. So after sitting in on a single class at the North Texas School of Swedish Massage, she enrolled in massage school and received her massage therapy license and a Bachelors in Health Psychology in the same year.
Randi’s continued study and professional experience collaborating with physicians, chiropractors, personal trainers and physical therapists led to her being the first to achieve Master Therapist Tier at the Spa at Equinox in Dallas, TX. Her style is described as integrative massage, which means there’s a blending of techniques from different massage modalities to suit your specific needs and treatment plan. Through advanced relaxation and deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports techniques and assisted stretching, Randi can support you in living pain-free with greater mobility and flexibility.
